Reseller Terms

You promote Ryze and book rice for customers. You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Ryze. You don't hold Ryze stock and you may not collect payments into your own account on Ryze's behalf unless you are a verified booking point paying Ryze directly for the order.

You must provide true identity details (including NIN) and documents. Business booking points must allow a Ryze staff visit. We may refuse, suspend or end any partnership, for example for false information.

• You earn the commission per bag shown in your dashboard on orders you book for customers and on orders from buyers you referred.
• Commission is earned only when the bags are delivered or collected. Cancelled, expired or refunded orders earn nothing, and commission paid on an order later reversed may be deducted.
• Rates can change; changes apply to new orders only.

Withdraw your available balance to a Nigerian bank account in your own or your registered business name, above the minimum shown. Payouts are usually paid within 2 working days; we may hold payouts while we investigate suspected fraud.

• Quote the real Ryze prices, delivery fees and delivery times. Don't promise what Ryze doesn't offer.
• Give customers their own order code and pickup code, and never share one customer's details with another.
• No spam, fake reviews, or using the Ryze name, logo or bank details in misleading ways.
• Protect customers' personal data and use it only to serve their orders.

You can stop any time. We can suspend or end your participation if you break these terms. Earned commission on delivered orders is paid out, minus any amounts owed.
