Terms of Service

• Rice is sold at the factory or warehouse price. Each truck carries one product to one state (600 × 50kg or 1,200 × 25kg bags), and buyers in that state share it.
• The minimum order is shown at checkout (usually 50 bags; lower for verified resellers).
• Your bags are reserved when you order and secured once we confirm your payment.

• Pay by bank transfer to the Ryze account shown at checkout, using your order code as the narration, within the time shown.
• Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically when the payment window closes and the bags are released.
• Only pay into the account shown in the app or website. Ryze staff will never ask you to pay into a personal account.

Each truck has a fill deadline. If it isn't full and paid by then, or we cancel it, paid orders are refunded in full to the bank account you give us. See the Refund Policy.

• We aim to deliver within the days shown after a truck is dispatched (usually 3). Times are estimates and can be affected by roads, weather or security.
• Collect your rice at your chosen hub, partner pickup center or warehouse by showing your 6-digit pickup code. Anyone holding your code can collect, so keep it private.
• Doorstep delivery is available on some routes for an extra fee per bag.
• Check your bags on collection. Report damaged or missing bags before you leave, or within 24 hours with photos.

Keep your login details safe and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or false payment claims.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Contact us first to resolve any complaint; we'll respond within 5 working days.
