Pickup Center Terms

You confirm you own or lawfully rent the premises and provide true identity and ownership/tenancy documents. You allow Ryze staff to inspect the premises before approval and from time to time.

• Count bags when a truck drops off and confirm the count in the dashboard; report differences immediately.
• Store bags off the floor, dry, away from pests, chemicals and direct sun, in a secure space.
• Release bags only to someone who gives the correct 6-digit pickup code in the dashboard.
• You are responsible for loss or damage while bags are in your custody, except for events beyond your reasonable control.

Keep your listed opening hours and capacity up to date. Don't accept more bags than you can store safely.

You earn the fee per bag shown in your dashboard for every bag collected from your center. Fees are credited when collection is confirmed and can be withdrawn to your bank account above the minimum.

Either side can end the partnership with 14 days' notice, after bags in your custody are collected or moved. We can suspend immediately for safety, fraud or serious breaches.
